co-ordination with Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL)
HRC Committee of Mumbai have specified building above 120 meters as high rise and as a result Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) has decided that pipe gas system for these buildings are to be designed by external consultant.
We are glad to share that IFGC has designed the first High rise (Ahuja Tower) and approved by MGL. Further IFGC has successfully designed reticulated PNG system for Tirumala Habitat (Aap). IFGC’s Success story continues with design for JP Decks and Lodha Altamaount, which are under MGL approval.
Extract of MGL Agreement with developer, Clause 3.2 specifies need of An External Design Consultant for reticulated Gas system
Clause 3.2 “The Builder shall get the design of the Network carried out through a consultant as per PNGRB T4S and MGL specifications. The design/ plan drawing will be submitted by the Builder to MGL for approval. After assessing the design of the Network, MGL shall forward the approved design copy to the Builder to start the construction work.”
